Their quote came in and was a good middle ground between two other quotes we received with no hidden costs and possible variations (essentially everything was covered), they organised disconnection of services, worked with our scaffolders to safely remove the scaffolding without damage, and most importantly the ability to get the work completed in a timely manner as our client was paying astronomical fees in scaffolding to stop the building collapsing.”
